Ian Reynolds, PhD
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Ian Reynolds is a neuropharmacologist with extensive experience in central nervous system drug discovery and development, including senior roles at Merck and Teva. He is a current and former scientific advisor to leading Parkinson’s organizations, including the Michael J. Fox Foundation, the Parkinson’s Foundation, and ASAP.
Previously, Dr. Reynolds served as Professor of Pharmacology at the University of Pittsburgh, where his research focused on neurodegeneration, Parkinson’s disease, and mitochondrial dysfunction. His career bridges academic discovery and pharmaceutical development, providing strong leadership for translational neuroscience programs.

Her extensive business experience includes strategic advisory work and deal-making for academic institutions and biotechnology companies, supporting partnerships, licensing, and company formation.
